Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the company’s initial strategic plan, including brand positioning, the Olujo Social Club, and a comprehensive go-to-market and omni-channel marketing strategy.
- Team Building: Assemble and lead a high-performing team and agency network, providing clear direction, support, and measurable accountability.
- Process Development: Create scalable and replicable business processes with defined Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Operational Oversight: Manage company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and maintain key relationships with investors, partners, distributors, and customers.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Representation: Act as the company’s representative at industry events, conferences, and in media interactions.
- Growth Strategy: Drive business growth through innovative product development, creative marketing strategies, and enhanced consumer engagement.
