We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineering Director to lead our maintenance team and develop strategic plans to drive operational efficiency and reliability.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance strategies aligned with company vision.
- Lead TPM implementation across departments, guiding team members in effective deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategies supporting company growth.
- Mentor and manage the maintenance team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed maintenance and improvement strategies that support operational goals and enhance efficiency.
- Participate in short-term and long-term Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) strategies focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Optimize predictive and preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and extend operational lifespan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, with leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency with maintenance management software.
