Salary: $73,751.71 - $81,126.88
The Grant Post Award Manager will work under the direction of the Budget Director to assist the college in overseeing post-award operations for all grant funding. The position will lead and direct the coordination efforts of onboarding following government awards and managing all grant financial reporting and compliance. This position works closely with Grant Pre Award Manager.
Essential Functions
- Prepare for management monthly federal drawdown requests against award amounts as necessary for cash and administrative draws in accordance with federal regulations.
- Monitor grants for compliance with fiscal and operational requirements, bring concerns and recommended actions immediately to management.
- Submit per grant requirements quarterly and annual financial reports as required on behalf of the college; ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Generate quarterly reports to management that summarize the status of grant issuances and payments for internal review and audit preparation purposes.
- Review and interpret federal and state regulations, funding source guidelines, and college policies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of three years of grant writing and management experience, preferably in higher education or nonprofit settings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of and experience seeking and applying for grants through private, federal, and state grant processes.
- Experience in the Washington State Community and Technical College System.
- Experience with the SBCTC grants management system program.

This is a full-time exempt position scheduled to work Monday through Friday. The salary for this position is$73,751.71 $81,126.88 annually, which includes a generous benefits package that includes the following.
