Location: Puyallup, WA
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Range: $22 - $25/hour
Onsite Position – Remote work is not available.

Position Summary
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is key in reconciling invoices, processing payments, and managing customer accounts to ensure smooth financial operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Driver Check-In & Reconciliation: Verify invoices and payments, assist drivers with discrepancies, and ensure accurate daily balancing.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Process customer payments, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Financial Reporting & Problem-Solving: Reconcile discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and provide reports to leadership.
- Customer Account Maintenance: Set up and manage accounts, promote EFT payment solutions, and track account adjustments.
- Administrative Support: Assist with front desk coverage, customer deposits, and cross-train in related accounting tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (VIP route accounting system a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Prior experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or a related field preferred.

Olympic Eagle provides company sponsored Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance to all Full Time Employees. Employees are able to enroll themselves and their families in medical, dental and vision insurance. 401k is provided to non-union employees. Union employees will be part of a pension program. Employees will also receive 8 paid holidays and up to 40 hours of vacation after the first year of employment. This will increase to 80 hours at 2 years. We follow the Washington State Sick Leave for sick time accruals.
