Irrigation Service Department Manager

We have a position available for a Sprinkler Service Manager in our Service Department.  This position plays a crucial role in providing top-quality customer service.  The job requires managing multiple tasks and responsibilities while communicating effectively with customers and co-workers. 

Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following):

·         Oversee the growth, profitability, and efficiency of the service department

·         Scheduling customers

·         Responding to customer inquiries & provide customer satisfaction

·         Estimating projects

·         Ensure all field technicians receive proper training and ongoing development

·         Close communication with field technicians

·         Technical assistance as needed to field technicians

·         High school diploma or equivalent.

·         Excellent customer service management.

·         3 years sprinkler service and/or service management experience

·         Be able to provide outstanding, friendly, solution-based customer service.

·         Be highly organized, pro-active, and detailed.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Valid driver's license.

·         Be proficient using Word and Excel.

Added bonus:

·        Knowledge of Hindsite CRM software

·        Knowledge of Quickbooks

Salary:  Based on skill and experience. Range: $4,400 - $5,500 per month

Hours: Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. (Occasional Saturdays upon request)
