- Evening $3.00/hour
- Night $5.00/hour
Premiums:
- Weekend Premium $4.50/hour
- Standby Premium $3.50/hour
- Lead Premium $1.50/hour
- Per Diem Premium 15% (on base, in lieu of benefits)
