Job Description
Works with and supports OMP and OMC Administration to carry out cost-effective and efficient recruitment of all Olympic Medical Physicians employed providers. Works closely with the OMP Chief Physician Officer, OMP Clinical Directors, and OMP Clinic Managers to identify provider recruitment needs. Recruitment activities to include both permanent employed providers and management of locum tenens recruitment and placements. The OMP Provider Recruiter will coordinate and facilitate site visit interviews for permanent provider candidates, including processing of reimbursements and expenses associated with the recruitment. The OMP Provider Recruiter will act as a liaison between the organization and contracted recruitment agency. Sourcing of candidates is a key job function for this position. The ability to work independently and multi-task is paramount to the OMP Provider Recruiters success.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of three (3) years health care recruitment experience, preferably with provider or executive level experience, preferred.
