We have an immediate opening that needs to be filled ASAP for a Customer Marketing Specialist where you’ll be tasked to work with industry-leading telecommunications companies! As a Customer Marketing Specialist, you will engage closely with our clients to deliver high-impact marketing programs, support sales efforts, and connect with those in your local communities that need assistance the most. Primary Responsibilities of the Customer Marketing Specialist :

  • Design and implement customized marketing programs that promote our top telecommunication services
  • Drive sales and customer service efforts by fostering and nurturing relationships with customers, focusing in on key needs for their situation
  • Support sales campaigns and marketing initiatives by working closely with various Customer Marketing Specialist and corporate marketing teams
  • Review customer interactions with managers to improve service offerings and ensure a positive customer service & sales delivery process
  • Implement customer-focused solutions to enhance customer engagement and identify opportunities for further market expansion
  • Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the efficient execution of delivery processes
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the team to develop innovative strategies for achieving sales goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs and proactively offering solutions

Skills and Qualifications for the Customer Marketing Specialist :

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related Customer Marketing Specialist position
  • Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service roles with a focus on telecommunications is a plus, but not required
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to successfully execute marketing campaigns
  • A passion for delivering high-quality customer service and driving sales through personalized service
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage sales activities effectively
  • A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a desire to tackle new challenges
