Primary Responsibilities of the Customer Marketing Specialist:
- Design and implement customized marketing programs that promote our top telecommunication services
- Drive sales and customer service efforts by fostering and nurturing relationships with customers, focusing in on key needs for their situation
- Support sales campaigns and marketing initiatives by working closely with various Customer Marketing Specialist and corporate marketing teams
- Review customer interactions with managers to improve service offerings and ensure a positive customer service & sales delivery process
- Implement customer-focused solutions to enhance customer engagement and identify opportunities for further market expansion
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the efficient execution of delivery processes
- Work independently and collaboratively with the team to develop innovative strategies for achieving sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs and proactively offering solutions
Skills and Qualifications for the Customer Marketing Specialist:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related Customer Marketing Specialist position
- Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service roles with a focus on telecommunications is a plus, but not required
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
