What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Assistant position at Olympic Peninsula Title Company?
Olympic Peninsula Title has an opening in our Port Angeles office for a Front Office Assistant. This position is responsible for supporting the Escrow and Title teams.
Duties will include:
- Answering phones and greeting clients
- Order Entry
- Customer Service
- Copying, faxing, scanning and mailing documents
- other duties as assigned
The successful candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be attentive to details and highly customer service oriented. Our office assistants must be professional and adhere to privacy and confidentiality standards.
Desired Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and Windows
- Aptitude with numbers
- Typing and 10-Key
- SoftPro experience is a plus
- DocuSign experience is a plus
Interpersonal Skills:
- Controlled demeanor: works well under pressure while maintaining sense of humor and upbeat attitude
- Team Player: works well with others both internally and externally
- Empathy: can handle sensitive customers
Communication Skills:
- Active listener: listens to understand, not just to reply

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
