Job Description
Assists engineers and senior technicians with coordinating and implementing projects, installs and maintains shop floor workstations and equipment, recommends cost effective process procedures, and tracks and follows project implementation and completion dates. Works with value stream and engineering staff to solve technical, process and quality problems for development lines.

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position working at this location is $23.88 - $31.04 / hour, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Job Description
Assists engineers and senior technicians with coordinating and implementing projects, installs and maintains shop floor workstations and equipment, recommends cost effective process procedures, and tracks and follows project implementation and completion dates. Works with value stream and engineering staff to solve technical, process and quality problems for development lines.
Job Duties
- Work with the engineering staff to solve technical, process and quality problems.
- Assist engineers in writing process steps for new processes.
- Assists engineers with conducting process and equipment installations.
- Review and revise current routers, prints and processes as needed.
- Assist engineers in production line formation setup and modifications.
- Participate and assist with dFMEA and pFMEA meetings.
- Assist engineers in conducting engineering studies and experiments.
- Review & resolve facilities and ergonomic issues related to project implementation, prepare reports, documentation and other related materials, for use in facilities and workstation redesign.
- Provide cost reduction recommendations.
- Identify parts and supplies needed to support product or process implementation and ensure they are available according to development line schedules.
- Train Operators, Supervisors and other employees on use of new equipment and/or processes.
- Lead and support continuous improvement measures, by providing technical information and reviewing processes as they are revised.
- Address Change Orders (CO’s) in a timely manner, to maintain schedules and/or achieve acceptable levels of compliance.
- AIDE ENGINEERS IN DESIGN, IMPLEMENTATION AND QUALIFICATION OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES, TOOLING AND FIXTURES INCLUDING IQ/OQ/PQ AND REQUIRED VALIDATION ACTIVITIES.
- PERFORM ALL OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
- Travel up to 25% for line moves or review.
Required:
- High School Diploma required.
- Minium of 2 years Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent and 3 years related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in coordinating activities among departments or groups.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations desirable.
- Strong decision-making sense of urgency skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Must possess a high degree of personal organization and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics desired.
- Able to perform required duties with minimum supervision.
