Essential Duties :
- Lead company-wide Performance Management, Compensation, Compliance, Talent Acquisition process (including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding), and Learning & Development
- Primary HR business partner for our Western region including the Las Vegas and Denver facilities, guiding employees and managers related to policy, coordinating regional HR activities such as annual benefits enrollment, talent acquisition, training, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance.
- Create and maintain job descriptions to facilitate effective and competitive recruiting, performance management, and compensation
- Execution of regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and provide employees with the most up to date information
- Payroll experience a plus
