Spreetail is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our team in our Nanticoke fulfillment center. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our fulfillment center is safe, compliant, and a place where employees want to work. How you will achieve success:
  • Act as partner for leadership team in making performance, culture and conduct decisions and tracking appropriate information through HRIS.  
  • Represent People and Culture as the on-site point of contact for team members. Ensure you use the right judgement to escalate, while ensuring we remain connected to the person and the issue. Partner where needed with the HR Business Partners to appropriately address concerns, helping to ensure we drive to the right resolution. 
  • Help drive Fulfillment Center team engagement. Promote strong team culture through identifying trends, evaluating data and anecdotes, and leveraging employee feedback. 
  • Coordinate with managers, using labor tracking tools, to ensure employees are on the correct schedule patterns and that time and attendance review are happening daily with escalations provided to management.  
  • When required, conduct employee investigations with timely resolution and documentation.  


What experiences will help you in this role:
  • 3 years of HR Generalist experience in a fulfillment center/operations environment working with hourly population.
  • Exhibit high-level independence, practice good independent judgement, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. 
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results.
  • 3 years of employee relations experience preferred.
