What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Receptionist position at Olympus Spa?
Our spa receptionist is the face and engine of our business. The Spa Receptionist position will require you to be able to work in a fast paced environment while also displaying exceptional customer service skills. You will be scheduling appointments, answering phones, handling money, interacting with customers and fulfilling online orders. Multitasking and time management skills are a must in this role.
Our scheduling, check in system, and data entry are all done through Microsoft Excel, so experience with this software is strongly suggested but not necessarily required.
This position will require you to be on your feet for the majority of your shift, as well as possess moderate mobility skills.
We are looking for someone who is self motivated, a problem solver, and someone who is able to work within a high stress, face paced environment.
