Claims Adjusting Specialist
Omaha National is seeking a Claims Adjusting Specialist to join our growing team. No experience is necessary: we will provide you with the training you need to succeed.
In this important administrative role, you are a valued partner to a small number of Claims Adjusters, supporting them in their work. This is a fast-paced role in which you will be dealing with time sensitive material, urgent requests, and confidential information. You will be managing high volumes of electronic documents daily and the work must be performed at a high level of speed and accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compile and organize legal and medical records to send to attorneys or medical providers.
- Make outbound calls to medical providers to make medical appointments for injured workers or to request medical records.
- Review incoming invoices and set them up for payment.
- Complete data entry projects such as state filings across multiple jurisdictions.
- Research and resolve problems and questions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to work at a fast pace while handling confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of accuracy.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
- The ability to shift among a wide variety of tasks throughout the day.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and a demonstrated ability to master other software applications as needed.
