Summary:
The Fan Services Attendant assists fans with any questions or concerns they may have throughout their experience at Werner Park. The Fan Services Attendant will be involved in both Omaha Storm Chasers & Union Omaha events. All members of the Werner Park event staff are required to work at least 50% of Werner Park Events in 2024.
Position Responsibilities:
- Answer fan questions and concerns
- Assist fans who would like to participate in promotions
- Engage and interact with fans
- Display an enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Effectively communicate with others
- Be well-informed and up to date on the facilities (restaurants, restrooms, first aid) throughout Werner Park
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Must be able to follow directions as well as work independently
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions including; cold, wind, rain and heat
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
Working Conditions:
This job operates in an environment located at a ballpark. Performance of this job may require exposure to extreme weather conditions.
