SUMMARY : To provide for the repair, maintenance, and upgrading of the building and surrounding grounds (lawn, parking lot and support buildings). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES include the following :
- Will oversee the maintenance of the entire building and equipment.
- Ensure the lawn care of the facility is properly taken care of.
- Ensure of the house changing of equipment that is needed in each department.
- Responsible for plumbing needs in the facility.
- Responsible for electrical needs in the facility.
- Responsible for painting, carpentry, and varnishing in the facility.
- Receives work order from Facilities Manager and completes work.
- Provides completed work orders to Facilities Manager logging.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
