The Omak School District is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Substitute Secretary to provide administrative support in our school offices. This is an on-call position, and the successful candidate will be paid for hours worked. The substitute secretary will work under the direction of the Building Principal, providing general clerical support and performing a variety of tasks as assigned.

The substitute secretary will work under the direction of the Building Principal, providing general clerical support and performing a variety of tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Performing clerical tasks, such as data entry, word processing, and preparing documents.
- Answering phones and greeting students, parents, staff, and the public professionally.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Working with the student attendance program, notifying parents of absences, and performing other related duties.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A valid Washington State driver's license and ability to meet mobility requirements.
- Fingerprint clearance from the Washington State Patrol and FBI.
