We are looking for a Building Maintenance Specialist who is responsible for performing all types of general building maintenance and repairs. Assist in keeping the shop and yard clean and organized.
Responsibilities
- Fix it, clean it, build it, and maintain it
- Handle everything from building repairs to, plumbing fixes to preventative maintenance
- General custodial duties
- General grounds maintenance
- Keep shop and yard organized
- Assist in parts and equipment deliveries
- Able to recognize when a repair needs to be done
- Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve in a timely manner
- Under take other duties as assigned
- Ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are ordered and stocked
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a building maintenance specialist
- Good communication skills
- A strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines
- Problem solver
- No fear of heights, tight spaces
- Able to move and carry 50 pounds
Must have valid Drivers License & MN DOT Health Card.
Salary $50,000 - $55,000
Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
