The Manager, Digital Activation is the day‐to‐day steward on the business and is on the front lines of developing and activating both tactical and custom digital recommendations to meet our clients’ goals. They are a Digital native, curious about unique emerging opportunities and prepared to provide a point‐of‐view, recommendation, and optimization recommendations based on campaign performance. Senior Associates are the primary contributor to the development of the Associate(s), guiding them through the fundamentals of the planning process (inclusive of partner evaluation, negotiation, reporting, optimization, insight generation, billing, etc.), while also being a key touchpoint to stakeholders across the organization and the client for day-to-day management and support. The key difference between the Senior Associate role and the Associate is the ability to function independently, maintaining the workflow of planning, execution, and stewardship of campaigns.

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Qualifications:
- 3 years of overall media buying experience, with a minimum of 2 years digital media buying experience is preferred
- Experience with mentoring and developing junior staff
- Strong verbal/written communication
- Solid presentation skills
- Strong prioritizing and organization skills
- Proficiency/Knowledge of media buying platforms Prisma, DV360 and Meta
- Experience with DCM ad serving platform
- Experience with third-party brand safety measurement tools (e.g., DoubleVerify)
- Knowledge of campaign trafficking process
- Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Knowledge of media audience profile tools (e.g., comScore)
- Provide media expertise, share media knowledge, and deliver relevant feedback
- Partner with media Strategy, Analytics, Ad Ops, Operations, and Creative teams
- Lead on digital campaign related requests and communications
- Support media buying process across all digital channels (i.e., Direct Display, Programmatic, Social, OLV, OTT/CTV, and Audio)
- Support with building digital media tactical approach
- Craft media POVs, campaign observations, analysis, and recommendations
- Supervise campaign pacing audits and optimizations
- Manage expectations for digital buying team timelines and deliverable due dates
- Supervise trafficking process and campaign trackers to assure flawless launches
- Reinforce digital team processes and best practices across media team disciplines
- Assure campaign goals are met, and digital team performs within planned parameters
- Train, mentor, and supervise Associates growth on media buying best practices
- Assign and manage workload of media Associates
- Collaborate with publishing partners to build and maintain strong relationships
- Manage client budgets and negotiations across all digital channel plans
- Share campaign updates in weekly team status meetings
- Escalate campaign issues, while managing crisis and risk assessment communications
- Facilitate billing processes to assure invoices are precisely actualized for payment
