Job Title: Sales Team Member
Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for uncovering market potential by generating leads, understanding account opportunities, qualifying and closing sales, and keeping the business informed about new products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop business opportunities at assigned accounts.
- Initiate sales processes by collecting and understanding account requirements.
- Build rapport with potential accounts, present value propositions, overcome objections, and negotiate in the company's best interest.
- Grow accounts by introducing new products/services and expanding existing offerings.
- Contribute to the business by sharing competitive product information and customer needs.
- Achieve revenue goals by leading customers through end-to-end sales cycles.
Requirements:
- 7 years of relevant work experience in business development and account management.
- Experience in fast-moving, global environments.
- Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within client organizations.
- Passion for learning and solving complex customer requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in similar businesses is a plus.
