This position is responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing, managing vendors relationships and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:- Download and review approved POs daily. Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely posting.
- Reviews invoice coding for accuracy and proper approvals.
- Collaborate with purchasing team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, responding to inquiries and addressing any payment concerns.
- Manage credit card reconciliation to ensure accurate coding, receipts and timely posting for payment.
- Maintains accurate and complete accounts payable records to include insurance, W-9 forms and vendor packets, ensuring vendor insurance and licensing is current
- Completes weekly check run to vendors and subcontractors.
- Performs job cost analytics to audit job cost budgets and identify errors.
- Prepares Vendor 1099 at year end.
- Cuts all manual checks outside of weekly AP check/EFT run.
- Prepares and maintains digital copies of payment support by vendor.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience/Licensure
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3 years’ accounting experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting and/or Finance or similar field preferred or in lieu of required experience
- Construction and job costing experience preferred
- Project accounting experience is a plus
