What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Secretary/Receptionist position at Omega Foundation Services Inc.?
Primary Responsibilities:
· Answering and managing incoming calls for Omega.
· Organize and file all correspondence, mail, physical data records, and other records/paperwork as needed into Omega’s online cloud server to ensure data is available to all necessary parties.
· Maintaining and ordering of office supplies.
· Run errands as requested. Travel is required.
· Distribute necessary communication between Slaughter Operations Office and Lafayette Corporate Office.
· Manage Calendar with necessary information that needs to be communicated company wide.
· Take meeting notes as requested.
· All other tasks assigned, including assisting Operations Department as requested.
Requirements:
· High School diploma.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Strong communication skills.
· Knowledge of the construction industry prefered.
· Strong Microsoft skills(Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
· Time Management Skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
· Ability to work independently with good decision making skills.
