Job Description:
Omega Security of South Florida, Inc. is currently seeking experienced and professional office personnel in our Dade and Broward county area. Omega is rapidly expanding their operations and is in need of highly motivated individuals. Summary
This position is responsible for providing customer and technician support while maintaining subscriber satisfaction and quality installation and service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process in-bound calls to the point of resolution, including customer service inquiries, complaints and requests for assistance pertaining to system use, maintenance and customer account information
- Understand and educate customer callers on various system functions
- Troubleshoot specific system operational problems encountered by customers and attempt to provide immediate solutions
- Update database files and customer account information to ensure accurate account information is being processed
- Schedule service appointments for technicians at branch office locations to ensure efficient and effective system maintenance
- Research alarm log, database service log, and payment history to determine source of problem and provide and immediate answer to problem or inquiry
- Inform appropriate departments of certain requests that are initiated by customer, but cannot be performed by customer care
- Must meet or exceed the minimum performance standards, which may or may not include Quality evaluations, Reliability, Not Ready time between calls, Hold time, Number of calls per hour, Average talk time per call
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Education:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
- A minimum of three year customer service and/or call center experience.
Skills:
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Candidate must have knowledge of basic computer functions including Microsoft Windows, Excel
- Typing 20 WPM is required.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented.
- Bilingual is a must for our English and Spanish speaking customers.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
