Key Responsibilities:
- Healthcare Oversight: Supervise and ensure the healthcare management of all residents in accordance with company policy and Kansas state regulations.
- Medication Administration: Oversee adherence to company policies regarding medication administration, providing guidance and support to nursing personnel.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Stay informed about Kansas state regulations and ensure all practices within the community comply with these guidelines.
- Company Policy Familiarity: Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures, ensuring they are implemented effectively across the team.
- Staff Training & Audits: Assist in training nursing staff and conducting regular audits on medication sheets and healthcare practices.
- Resident Satisfaction: Promote resident satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality services and proactively resolving issues.
- Collaboration with Leadership: As you grow in the role, collaborate with leadership team, with the potential for oversight of multiple departments.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with regional operations to develop and manage annual operating budgets, focusing on enhancing revenue and minimizing expenses.
- Community Engagement: Foster a positive image of the community by engaging with local organizations, community groups, and public agencies.
- Resident Admissions: Oversee the admission process, ensuring all required documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Current RN or LPN license in Kansas.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role within healthcare or assisted living settings.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
