Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 9 years of hands on experience working on SNOW development.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is preferred.
Proven experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI policies, business rules, and workflows.
Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using web services, REST, SOAP, etc.
Knowledge of ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and other ServiceNow modules such as HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, etc.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Service Portal development and customization.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
