Help Desk Analyst (Onsite - Philadelphia, PA)
We are looking to hire a candidate with the skill sets mentioned and experience for one of our client Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW), This is a Onsite role in Philadelphia, PA.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer focused Help Desk Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in a single point of contact help desk environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using GroupLink s Everything Helpdesk application and a strong understanding of the ACD system and trouble ticket processes. This role requires excellent customer service skills, including effective telephone etiquette, and the ability to work well within a team. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues while ensuring clear communication with both technical and non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a single point of contact help desk role.
• Proficient in using GroupLink s Everything Helpdesk application.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong telephone etiquette.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.
• In-depth understanding of the ACD system and trouble ticket management process.
