Project Manager (Onsite - Philadelphia,PA)
We are looking to hire a candidate with the skill sets mentioned and experience for one of our client Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW), This is a Onsite role in Philadelphia, PA.
*W2 only, NO C2C. (Only USC, GC, GC EAD, H4/L2 EAD, or TN visa holders are eligible)
Position Summary:
Candidate responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various projects, ensuring timely completion within budget, compliance with safety regulations, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects to ensure the completion of procedural, infrastructure, and/or software development, meeting all project specifications.
- Identify and assign appropriate skill levels to staff project teams, providing development opportunities and mentoring to team members as needed.
- Understand and apply the Project Management Institute (PMI) Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) to guide project management practices.
Minimum Skills and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
- Proven experience managing projects that involve vendor activities.
- Demonstrated success in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft Project Professional, Project Web Access, and Project Server, including baseline management and change control processes.
- PMI membership and/or PMI certification is a plus.
- Solid working knowledge of PMBOK principles.

- Employment Type: Contract to Hire (CTH), W2 only. NO C2C. (Only USC, GC, GC EAD, H4/L2 EAD, or TN visa holders are eligible)
- Contracting Period: 6- 12 month contracting opportunity with the highly potential for extension.

- Contract Rate/Salary: $60 on W2
