About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Partner Lead based in the Americas. This role will report into our Head of Partnerships and will begin as an individual contributor, with the opportunity to grow the team further as we scale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through collaborative partnerships and establishing new strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deepen our relationships with leading cloud providers and data platforms and strengthen our understanding of their key priorities and business initiatives
  • Build and manage trusted relationships with account executives, solutions engineers, product and marketing managers, and execute across partner organizations
  • Identify and executive on opportunities to co-market, co-build and co-sell Omni alongside our partners in a competitive BI landscape and crowded data ecosystem
  • Craft tailored messaging per partner and produce compelling “better together” narratives
  • Quarterback go-to-market and product initiatives cross functionally with Omni marketing, sales and product/engineering
  • Identify and prioritize new potential technology partners that align with Omni’s ideal partner profile and can drive significant mutual value

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of combined experience across strategic partnerships, business development, and/or strategic sales
  • Experience working with Snowflake and other leading data platform & cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, ClickHouse, dbt, Fivetran & many more)
  • Track record scaling partner programs from early formation to successful product launches with quantifiable business impact
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem solving and prioritization skills
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity and a rapidly changing business environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders across a range of seniority
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with partners and attend industry events

Compensation:

  • Expected compensation range $200,000 - $250,000 including base & variable
