Summary

Association Management firm looking to hire a full-time Accounting Escrow Clerk.

Compensation $18 - $20 DOE

Schedule : Monday- Friday from 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm.This is not a remote position.

This position will work directly alongside of the Accounting Supervisor to offer support throughout the department. Please do not apply if you do not have the experience. If you do meet the requirements, and are interested in the position, please reply with ONLY your resume in a PDF format.

Duties

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

Process escrow requests on HomeWise. Demands, Questionnaires, documents
Update information on HomeWise
Delinquent amount, off-site vs on-site addresses, and bank account balances are updated every 1-3 months
Update annual financial information amounts. Budgeted income, reserve allocation and assessment amount
Process property transfers in VMS
Includes transferring owner information, applying payments according to Title’s instructions, printing and mailing welcome
Packets, ordering coupons, and scanning and saving Deeds
Add new associations to HomeWise
Customer Service-answer calls, respond to emails and voicemails
Reports and tracking using Microsoft Excel
Assisting with month-end and year-end close
Assisting with other Accounting Department responsibilities
Researching accounts for balance adjustments and other purposes
Miscellaneous filing and various clerical responsibilities

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

DESIRED SKILLLS AND EXPERIENCE :

have at least (2) years relevant Office or Bookkeeping experience

have Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills

have the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and be able to work within deadlines

be organized and capable of working independently

be a team player and be open to a shift in responsibilities

have strong customer service skills

have employment eligibility in the U.S.
