We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure smooth operation of IT systems for our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to help desk requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with account setup, password resets, and access management.
- Install, update, and maintain software and operating systems as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex IT issues.
- Educate and assist users with basic IT tasks, tools, and best practices.
- Education : Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience :
1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Work Days / Hours - On-site. 8 : 30 AM to 06 : 00 PM, with an RDO every other Monday.
