About the Position
Omni Fiber is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team with administrative, operational, and analytical tasks. This role involves managing data, generating reports, maintaining processes, and assisting with various sales operations, offering a great opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing internet service provider.
What Your Day Will Look like
- Assist the sales team by providing administrative support in the preparation of onboarding new hires, sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Process apparel orders, create employee badges, and coordinate with new hires and the sales supervisors to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, sales leads, forecasting and data analysis to track sales performance and trends.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate information is available to the sales team.
- Schedule meetings, sales appointments, coordinate hotel stays and schedule events for the sales team, ensuring that all logistics are managed effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the HR and Marketing teams to ensure product availability for timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recent experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
