ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately prepare quotes/orders/order confirmations in a timely manner by calculating or computing billing amounts
- Accurately perform data collection and cost analysis throughout the department
- Routinely communicate directly with customers using exceptional written and oral skills regarding (product information, order status, shipping/delivery updates)
- Accurately issue credit memorandums in a timely manner by identifying returns or incorrectly billed materials or services
- Performs general office duties as needed including but not limited to, answering phones, filing, special projects, assisting in physical inventory counts, and other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Required
- 1 or more years of related experience in a customer service setting - Preferred
- Ability to learn new software programs in a timely manner - Preferred
- Minimum of one-year experience working with an ERP System - Preferred
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively with customers and employees of organization
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio and percentages
