The Base Lodge Supervisor is responsible for maintaining excellent Base Area and Base Lodge appearance.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Maintain a clean & safe Base Lodge.
- Ensure guest satisfaction for the customer by possessing a general knowledge of the ski area, and by acting as a guest services representative.
- Perform general preparation work such as stocking bathroom paper products, mopping floors, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Assist with hiring, training and scheduling of staff.
Tools and Equipment:
- Floor mop, Upright Vacuum, chemical cleaners, compactor, etc.
Working Environment:
- Interior of ski base lodge, in all areas of the base lodge.
- Exterior of base lodge with exposure to extreme weather conditions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fulltime, part time, and on call positions available.
