Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Dining Room Attendant to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities include station set-up, stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness of coffee and tea stations, and preparing breadbaskets and linens. The role also involves setting tables, ensuring furniture and floors are clean and properly arranged, assisting servers during meal periods, and performing tasks such as pouring water and serving rolls and butter.

Responsibilities
- Station set-up
- Stock needed supplies in side stands.
- Clean-up of coffee machines and prepared coffee.
- Set-up tea station.
- Get ice supply.
- Dust all tables to include table legs.
- Receive rolls and put in warmers.
- Put milk in refrigerators and set-up creamers.
- Pre-set breadbaskets lined with napkins.
- Pick-up linen.
- Check off and pick-up storeroom supplies.
- Set tables with clean, pressed linen, china, silver and glassware.
- Ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to specifications.
- Assist servers during meal period.
- Remove any extra settings.
- Pour water.
- Serve rolls and butter as specified.

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

- Sets equipment to Daily Work Sheet specifications.
- Provides required amenities, as dictated by Banquet Department Standards.
- Refreshes meeting rooms during meal and coffee breaks.
- Breaks down/flips meeting rooms as soon as possible after end of function.
- Completes Special Projects as directed by department management.
- Moves convention material boxes, programs, etc. from hotel receiving docks, registration areas, sleeping rooms, or suites. (In conjunction with Bell Captain & Staff)
- Caring for the equipment.
- Accommodates special customer needs, hanging banners for meetings and food/beverage functions.Fulltime, part time, and on call postions available.
Qualifications
- Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
- Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift in an indoor/outdoor environments
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fulltime, part time, and on call positions available.
