Job Description
To direct and assist guest and associates with communication needs in accordance with Omni Standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that Moments of Service standards are followed
- Answer console/switch board for both hotels in three rings
- Direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Assist all guests and associates with inquiries
- Synergy dispatcher for Engineering and Housekeeping
- Record and deliver wake up calls in GoConcierge to include weather
- Assist at front desk
Qualifications
- Customer service experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook and other general computer skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external guests
- Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
