Job Description
The purpose of the Reservationist is to assist the Food and Beverage Department with making outlet reservations as requested by guests.

Responsibilities
- Return all guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Book large parties responsibly in order maintain levels of service in the outlet
- Handle guest issues concerning reservations
- Confirm large party reservations 24 hours in advance of the reservation
- Any other duties assigned by the F&B office
Qualifications
- High school diplomia or equivalent
- Previous experience with reservation software is required.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be organized and able to multi-task.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fulltime, part time,and on call positions available
