Job Summary: The Rentals Reservationist is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while managing the full rental reservation process. This role assists clients with booking rental services, provides detailed information on available options, and ensures a smooth and efficient customer experience. A strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are essential. This position operates independently and does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Primary Duties:
Handle inquiries about rental availability, pricing, and service options via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
Assist clients in selecting rental services tailored to their needs.
Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Communicate with clients to confirm bookings and provide pre-arrival instructions.
Promote additional services, including rental packages, extended stays, and concierge options to elevate customer experience.
Ensure all rental bookings, coordination, and turnovers are completed in a timely manner.
Assist in resolving customer concerns or issues related to rental services promptly and professionally.
Maintain a working knowledge of client accounts and detailed records of client information, reservations, and transactions.
Provide post-rental follow-ups to gather client feedback and address any concerns.
Monitor supply inventories to ensure availability.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience with Google Suite and other CRM platforms and relevant technology preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Occasional on-site presence at active job sites and client homes is required as needed.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds as needed.
