Job Description
The Spa Attendant is responsible for creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests by escorting them to the locker room and relaxation areas while providing an overview of available services. They support back-of-house operations by assisting front desk schedulers, maintaining high cleanliness standards in the locker room, and ensuring a well-stocked and orderly fitness center.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the locker room, fitness center, and spa hallways.
- Assist guests with locker setup, robes, and slippers while ensuring a seamless front desk experience.
- Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
- Oversee the opening and closing of the sauna, steam room, and whirlpool, ensuring proper sanitation.
- Prepare the spa facility for daily operations, including adjusting lighting, music, and temperature settings.
- Restock guest amenities such as robes, slippers, towels, and personal care items.
- Monitor and maintain supply levels in locker rooms, notifying the Spa Supervisor when inventory is low.
- Ensure an adequate supply of fresh linens for spa therapists by folding and stocking.
- Keep guest lounge areas tidy and comfortable.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in spa restrooms.
- Greet and check in guests, and ensure all amenities are replenished and well-maintained.
