What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant Supply Chain position at Omni Inclusive?
Client : Molecular Devices Description / Comment : This position is to assist in our Supply chain department with various daily tasks with focus on incoming international shipments from various suppliers. The successful candidate would be communicating with our suppliers and shipping brokers by using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams to obtain daily tracking information and providing the daily tracking information to our Trade Compliance department for the release of materials to be used in production. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively and keep accurate records that are shared across various departments. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook is a must and any experience in Supply Chain / Procurement is a plus
