The Document Management Specialist will play a crucial role in providing controlled document support by managing the document lifecycle in the cloud-based electronic Document Management System (eDMS). This position will involve separating centralized regional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into site-specific SOPs, ensuring content clarity, consistency, and adherence to company documentation standards and practices. The specialist will serve as a subject matter expert on the eDMS, advise document owners on good documentation practices and Client standards, and execute various document management service components.

Responsibilities :
- Review content for formatting, readability, and provide recommendations
- Facilitate the selection and appropriate use of controlled document types
- Upload documents into the eDMS and route them for approvals
- Execute the periodic review process
- Collaborate with document owners to clarify requests as necessary
- Regularly communicate with internal clients to keep them informed of their document status
- Promote and convey good documentation practices
