Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Work in a cross-functional environment.
- Design and implement Cerner and Earth EHRs systems.
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Provide daily supervision and direction to staff.
- Formulate and define system scope and requirements using analysis of information in the development of information systems.
- Create and modify procedures to solve complex business problems considering system limitations and capacity.
- Design architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
- Ensure these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for agency IT architectures, and profiles of standards as they apply to the implementation and specific to the solution for the platform, integration with other systems, and the external interfaces.
- Provide detailed specifications to developers.
- Provide technical expertise in evaluating new software / system modifications.
- Ensure that the common operating environment is compliant.
- Evaluate analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization, and planning and develop appropriate corrective action.
Requirements :
Working Hours : The working hours are generally 8 to 5, but this can depend on the skill set of the resource.
Training : There will be an onboarding process before tasks are handed to the candidate. The length of this process will depend on the individual, but they will certainly be trained before being given full responsibilities.
