- 7 Overall years of professional experience in building BI and reporting solutions
- 7 years' of experience and in-depth Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and architectures
- 7 years' experience with Tableau design and development
- 7 years' experience in SQL, RDBMS design, development and performance tuning
- 7 years' of experience in the BI design of complex systems projects
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of BI projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Design and architect Tableau solutions that align with business goals and requirements, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and scalability.
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating complex Reports, Tableau visualizations, calculations, and dashboards, and a deep understanding of capabilities.
- Involve in analyzing, documenting business requirements, functional requirements for developing reports.
- Perform analysis, design, develop, testing and Maintenance of Reports.
- Should be very good in writing complex SQL queries.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data visualizations and solutions.
- Design and build semantic layer supporting self-serve reporting and visualization in Tableau.
- Collaborate with data architects to define and maintain the overall data architecture for the BI environment.
- Running meetings with all levels of stakeholders (executive leadership, VP, manager, IC) to advance the organization's highest-visibility analytics projects.
- Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing thought leadership on approaches to advanced analytics and visualization requirements.
- Hand on experience in snowflake
- Exposure to ETL, scheduling tools like BMC Control-M.
