What are the responsibilities and job description for the Engineering and Maintenance Manager position at Omni One?
Our client
is a global manufacturing corporation that has consistently grown throughout the United States over the past 5 years- opening brand new facilities across the country. Due to promotion, they are looking to hire a new Engineering / Maintenance Manager
Main duties / functions include :
- Directly lead a team of roughly 20 Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, Quality and Tooling Specialists
- Lead major capital projects throughout the facility, maintaining the budgets and timelines o these projects
- Ensure the plant is meeting all goals pertaining to safety, quality and production
- Establish new PM programs
- Utilize skills such as Lean, CI and Six Sigma to drive process improvements
- Hire and train new technical professionals
Qualifications include :
Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
