Engineering And Maintenance Manager Job Summary

• $110K - $120K
• Day shift
• Responsibility for maintenance, reliability, and improvement of all equipment at the site
• Maintain the capital budget and drive all project management
• Working closely with the CI Manager, Production Manager, Quality manager, and Controller to keep projects and processes on track and direction for goals
• Approval of all engineering costs required for CEP submission and development.
• Will work with and direct the Process Technician, Maintenance, and Tooling Groups
  
  

Engineering And Maintenance Manager Qualifications

• Requires a BS Engineering degree or degree in Industrial Maintenance or closely related program with at least some combination of 10 years industrial, manufacturing and Maintenance supervision experience.
• Progressive experience in manufacturing management: Thermoforming experience preferred.
• Progressive experience in manufacturing management: Thermoforming experience preferred.
• Experience with direct management of technical personnel
• Experience with development of capital projects and budgets
