For almost 40 years, our client has been a top automotive manufacturing supplier. They are a global leader with multiple locations that put safety first, are committed to their community and focus on teamwork. Due to some upcoming retirements, they are in need of a couple of Manufacturing Engineers.
As Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for :
Running production trials
Improving manufacturing processes; identifying any issues and determining resolutions
Reducing scrap and costs
Leading Kaizen events
Managing projects from concept through completion
To be considered for the Manufacturing Engineer, you must have :
BS degree in engineering or similar, along with at least 2 years of previous engineering experience in a manufacturing facility
Experience in an automotive manufacturing facility is highly desired
Experience with heavy manufacturing or coatings is a plus
Excellent communication skills, team player, hands-on
