Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in tracking project progress and maintaining documentation.
- Ensure schedules, change orders, and project updates are accurately recorded.
- Support coordination between teams to keep projects on track.
- Participate in meetings and provide follow-up communication as needed.
- Maintain project records and assist with closeout documentation.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in project coordination, construction, or low-voltage technology is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools preferred.
