Position Overview:
The Implementation Leader at Omni~View will be responsible for overseeing and executing the end-to-end implementation process of our SaaS solutions for customers. This role requires strong project leadership skills, experience in software deployments, and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external clients. The Implementation Leader will work closely with clients, sales teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding, timely project delivery, and customer satisfaction.
You will be expected to lead a team and multiple client implementations simultaneously while continuously refining and documenting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee End-to-End Implementations:
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle from initial customer onboarding to successful deployment of the Omni~View platform.
- Client Communication & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the implementation process, ensuring clear communication of timelines, deliverables, and progress.
- Process Optimization:
- Continuously analyze and improve the implementation process to identify inefficiencies and create solutions to improve client onboarding times, accuracy, and satisfaction.
- Project Management:
- Use tools like Jira to track the progress of implementation projects, ensuring all tasks, timelines, and responsibilities are clearly defined and adhered to by the team.
- Documentation & Knowledge Base Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and expand the Confluence knowledge base, documenting processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides for future implementations.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, product, and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met during the implementation phase and help align client goals with Omni~View’s platform capabilities.
- Customer Training & Support:
- Provide training sessions for new clients to ensure they fully understand how to leverage the platform and maximize its value for their operations.
- Efficiency Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on the status of implementations, efficiency metrics, and suggestions for continued process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in software implementation, SaaS deployment, or technical project management, ideally within the B2B sector.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, knowledge base tools like Confluence, and cloud-based software implementations is a must. Experience with API integrations and software platforms like QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills:
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues during implementation, providing solutions quickly and efficiently to keep the project on track.
- Organizational Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to lead multiple implementations simultaneously.
- Process-Driven:
- A focus on creating repeatable, scalable processes for future implementations, with a passion for efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Customer-Focused:
- A track record of building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met with high satisfaction levels.
- Team Leadership
Have experience leading a team to deliver results.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field are preferred.
