Job Summary :
The Senior Organizational Development Manager will focus on activating our Culture of Care, Organizational Effectiveness strategies, and the Employee Experience. The leader in this role is responsible for shaping a high-performing and inclusive culture that fosters engagement, belonging and organizational effectiveness. This role leads enterprise-wide strategies to enhance the employee experience, drive cultural transformation, and embeds DEI B principles into business practices.
Partnering with senior leaders, HR teams, and employee resource groups, this leader ensures that culture, inclusion, and high performing organization practices are embedded into leadership behaviors, people processes, and workplace experiences.
