Job Summary:
The Order Fulfillment Specialist I position is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of service part order related activities to ensure a positive customer experience when hardware support services are required for Omnicell’s product installed base.
Responsibilities
- Data entry of service requirements into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Service Management (SMS) systems
- Accurate processing of both return material authorizations (RMAs) and service orders
- Creation and tracking of return shipping labels
- Communication of order and return related information
- Provide after-hours, on call support for critical part orders
- Take phone calls from customers and Omnicell employees
- Receive and respond to email requests from customers and Omnicell employees
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possesses outstanding customer service skills
- Proficiency in the use of a computer
- Productivity and results focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Thorough attention to detail
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School diploma
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an order entry environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a service order entry environment
- SAP ERP experience
- Successful experience in problem solving techniques
- Exhibits solid independent judgment and decision-making skills
Work Conditions
- Remote working
- Overtime as required
- After hours, on call rotation support
Additional Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without Omnicell sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to pass background and employment verification checks
- Able to work from assigned location without housing or relocation assistance from Omnicell
